Zavyniq.

The order arrives on WhatsApp. The appointment goes in a notebook. You invoice at night.

Every piece works. The trouble is that none of them talk to each other, so everything gets typed twice and, come month end, nobody can say what actually paid off. Zavyniq connects the four technologies into one system.

ZAVYNIQ. ONE SYSTEM WhatsApp TALK Odoo RUN Calendar BOOK AI AUTOMATE
All connected. Everything flows.

One 10:40 pm enquiry, travelling through all three layers

This is what changes once the three systems are wired together: one thing comes in at one end and comes out recorded at the other, without anyone retyping it.

22:40 Talk to it

A customer messages on WhatsApp: “any slots free on Thursday afternoon?”

22:40 Talk to it

The agent checks the calendar and answers with the slots that genuinely exist. It does not improvise availability.

22:41 Book it

It books 5:30 pm, sends the confirmation and schedules the reminder for the day before.

22:41 Run it

The customer record, the appointment and the expected revenue land in Odoo. Nobody typed a thing.

09:00 Run it

By morning the day sheet is already done, and the month can be read without rebuilding it by hand.

Example flow. Times and dialogue are illustrative.

Three lines, sold together or on their own

You can start with just one. The advantage shows up when they are connected, but you do not have to buy everything at once to feel the difference.

How it is paid

On projects: 40% on signing, 30% once the main configuration is complete and 30% on acceptance. Any change of scope is priced and approved before it is built, never after.

Seven phases, each with a way out

No phase moves on because the calendar says so: it moves on when it meets its exit criterion. That is what stops a project drifting without anyone knowing why.

Discovery

Objectives, owners, processes, data and risks.

both sides understand the problem and the scope.

Blueprint

Process map, prioritised backlog, architecture and plan.

the client approves it.

Configuration

Environment, modules, roles, flows and test data.

there is a working demo you can put your hands on.

Migration and integration

Validated data load, connectors and testing.

the data reconciles and the tests pass.

Training and acceptance

Manual, recorded sessions and testing with real users.

the acceptance record is signed.

Go-live

Cutover, intensive support and monitoring.

it runs steadily without constant assistance.

Continuous improvement

Live backlog, support agreement and metrics.

it is a cycle: it does not end, it gets reviewed.

What we have already done

Zavyniq starts trading in October 2026. An earlier project by the founders, which the client has authorised us to describe, is the reference available today.

Disgraftech — graphic arts

A public web catalogue synced with Odoo, lead capture from the catalogue itself, and automated handling of incoming enquiries.

  • Web catalogue wired into the management system
  • Product and data synchronisation with Odoo
  • Sales leads generated from the site
  • Automated handling of enquiries

We describe the scope that was delivered, not results. We have not yet collected the improvement figures with the client, and we would rather publish none than publish any before they are verified.

Who does the work

Two computer engineers. We work remotely and bring in specialists per project when the scope calls for it, always under a confidentiality agreement and with minimum access.

Juan Carlos Sulbarán

General and technical direction

Solution architecture, pre-sales and development. He is the one in the diagnostic meeting.

Robert Fernández

Project direction

Planning, implementation coordination, and checking that what ships is what was agreed.

What people usually ask

If Odoo Community is free, what am I paying for?

The licence genuinely is free: Odoo Community is open source and costs nothing per user. What you pay for is the work of configuring it around your processes, migrating your data without losing any of it, training your team, and keeping it running afterwards.

Hosting and cloud services sit outside that and are billed at cost, itemised.

Am I locked in to you?

No. Odoo Community is open source and the data is yours. When we close a project we hand over the documentation, the inventory of access credentials and the knowledge transfer — precisely so you can continue with someone else if you want to.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on scope, which is why the diagnostic comes first: it produces a phased plan with dates rather than a guess.

What is fixed in advance is how it gets paid and when each phase counts as finished — which is usually what runs away on projects like this.

I already have management software. Does it have to go?

Not necessarily. Sometimes the right answer is to integrate what already works rather than replace it, and that gets decided in the diagnostic. When migrating is the right call, it happens with validated data, reconciliation and a cutover plan — not overnight.

What happens to my customers' data?

On most projects you are the data controller and we are the processor, under the contract the GDPR requires, with minimum access, encryption where appropriate and verified backups.

In this initial phase we do not process health data. If you run a clinic we can help with the administrative side, but not with records, diagnoses or clinical documentation.

Do you work on site or only remotely?

Remotely. Meetings happen by video call or, when we need to be in the same room, at a coworking space. We have no office, and that is part of why the prices are what they are.

Let's start by understanding how you operate

A forty-five minute conversation about how you work today, where the time leaks away, and whether any of this makes sense for you. No commitment and no sales deck: if we cannot see it working, we will tell you.
