Privacy
This policy explains what personal data is collected through zavyniq.com, what it is used for, and what you can do about it. It is written in line with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Who the controller is
The data controller is the site owner, identified in the legal notice. Zavyniq is not yet a registered company: until incorporation, scheduled for September 2026, a private individual is accountable.
What data is collected
- What you give us when requesting a meeting: name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you tell us about your business.
- WhatsApp conversation data, if you choose that channel: your number and the content of the messages.
- Technical browsing data recorded by the hosting server, such as your IP address, for security and operational reasons.
No special category data is requested and, in particular, no health data is processed in this phase.
What it is used for
- Responding to your request and preparing the diagnostic meeting.
- Preparing and sending you a proposal if you ask for one.
- Maintaining the commercial and contractual relationship if we end up working together.
- Meeting the applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Legal basis
Your request and the pre-contractual steps that follow are processed on the basis of performance of a contract or steps taken prior to it. Technical and security logs rely on legitimate interest. Any marketing communication unrelated to your request requires your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
How long it is kept
If we do not end up working together, contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to evidence that it was handled. Where there is a contractual relationship, data is kept for its duration and afterwards for the applicable legal, tax and accounting limitation periods.
Who it is shared with
Only with the suppliers needed to deliver the service, and always under a data processing agreement: site hosting, email, booking calendar, WhatsApp messaging, and the artificial intelligence provider where one is involved.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, by writing to the address given in the legal notice. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. If a measurement tool or a calendar that sets cookies is added in future, the corresponding notice will be published and consent obtained before any are installed.
