Legal notice

This notice governs access to and use of zavyniq.com. Browsing the site means accepting what is set out here.

Site owner

Zavyniq is currently a commercial brand in its launch phase, not a registered company. Zavyniq Technologies Limited is scheduled for incorporation in Ireland in September 2026. Until registration is complete, services are contracted and invoiced by a private individual, and that individual owns this site.

To complete before publishing Full name of the owner, tax identification number, address for service and contact email address. These have deliberately not been filled with provisional data: a legal notice with invented details is worse than no legal notice.

Purpose

The site provides information about technology consulting, Odoo Community implementation, automated customer attention through WhatsApp Business and artificial intelligence, and appointment booking solutions.

The information published is commercial and indicative. The prices shown are starting figures, not binding offers: every proposal is issued in writing after the diagnostic meeting, with its own scope, exclusions and terms.

Services in development

The appointments and bookings product is presented expressly as in development. Its first version is expected in early 2027 and cannot be purchased at the time this notice is published.

Intellectual and industrial property

The text, visual identity and design of this site belong to its owner, except where stated otherwise. Odoo, WhatsApp, Meta, Google and the other trade names mentioned belong to their respective owners, and mentioning them implies no affiliation, sponsorship or official partner status.

Liability

The owner takes care to keep the information current and accurate but does not guarantee that it is free of errors, nor that the site will be available without interruption. Nor is the owner responsible for the content of third-party sites that may be linked.

Third-party links and services

This site may embed third-party tools, such as a booking calendar or links to WhatsApp. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Governing law

Spanish and European Union law applies. Where consumer legislation grants the user a particular jurisdiction, that jurisdiction prevails.
